At Rosebank Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item isn't quite right, you can return most products within 28 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase or gift receipt.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the items to prevent damage during transit, including all tags and manuals that were originally provided with the product.

  Choose Return Method

  Bring your items directly to our customer service desk in-store for an immediate refund, or contact our support team to arrange a courier collection for larger furniture pieces.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once we have inspected the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
